How to Complete Identity Verification

Identity verification on Gohelpme.pk is an important security requirement that helps ensure all users are genuine and the platform remains safe for fundraising activities. It plays a key role in preventing misuse, maintaining trust, and ensuring that all transactions and campaigns are verified and secure.

Before starting the identity verification process, please ensure that your campaign has received at least one donation. Once a donation is received, the identity verification option will become active in your campaign dashboard, allowing you to proceed with the verification process.

Step-by-Step Guide to do Identity Verification

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Log in to your Gohelpme.pk account using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Go to Your Campaigns Section

After logging in, you will be automatically navigated to the Your Campaigns section.

Here, you will see all the campaigns created under your account.

Step 3: Select Your Campaign and Open Bank Details

Select your campaign having donation and click on the Manage button. After that, go to the bank details section.

Step 4: Start Identity Verification

In the Bank Details section, click on the Identity Verification option to begin the process.

If you are using a mobile phone, you will see a Start Identity Verification button. Simply click on it to start the verification process.

If you are using a desktop, a QR code will appear on the screen. Scan this QR code using your mobile phone. After scanning, you do not need to log in again, the identity verification process will start directly on your phone.

Step 5: Prepare Your Documents and Environment Properly

Before starting verification, ensure everything is properly prepared to avoid rejection or delays.

Make sure:

  • Your government-issued ID card is valid and not expired
  • All ID images are clear, high-resolution, and not blurred
  • Proper lighting is available so all details are clearly visible
  • There are no shadows covering your face or document
  • Your background is simple and well-lit
  • Your phone camera is stable and focused
  • For a selfie video, ensure your face is clearly visible with proper lighting and no blur, and record the video in a professional and formal manner.
  • Your hands are clean, dry, and stable for fingerprint verification
  • You are in a quiet and distraction-free environment

Poor image quality, expired documents, or unclear video may result in verification failure.

Step 6: Complete Verification Steps One by One

You will be required to complete the following verification steps in sequence:

  1. Front of ID Card
  2. Back of ID Card
  3. Selfie Video Verification
  4. Fingerprint Verification

Follow the on-screen instructions carefully for each step and ensure all inputs are accurate and clear.

Step 7: Submit Your Verification

Once all steps are completed successfully, submit your identity verification for review.

Your request will then be processed by Gohelpme.pk for approval.

After submission, keep checking your email for updates regarding your identity verification status.

Once your verification is approved, your identity status will be marked as Completed, and you will be able to link your bank account.

Important Notes

Make sure your phone has the required camera permissions enabled before starting the identity verification process.

If you are unable to complete the verification, check your browser settings and allow camera access so the system can properly use your device camera.
