How to Change Bank Account Details on Gohelpme.pk

If you have already linked your bank account with your campaign and now want to change your bank details, Gohelpme.pk allows users to update their bank information anytime if needed.

Users can submit a bank account change request directly from their campaign dashboard. This feature ensures that you can securely update your bank details whenever required, while keeping your account and payout information safe and up to date.

Steps to Change Bank Account Details

Step 1: Log in to your Gohelpme.pk account
First, log in to your Gohelpme.pk account. Click on your profile icon from the top right corner and open Your Campaigns.

Step 2: Open Your Published Campaign
Inside the Published Campaigns section, click on the Manage button of the campaign for which you want to change bank details.

Step 3: Go to the Bank Details Section
After opening the campaign dashboard, click on the Bank Details tab.
Here you will see:
  • Identity Verification
  • Bank Account Details

Step 4: Open Bank Account Details
Click on the eye icon beside Bank Account Details to view your currently linked bank account.
You will be able to see:
  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • IBAN / Account Number

Step 5: Click on “Change Bank Request”
At the bottom of the Bank Account Details section, click on the Change Bank Request button.
A pop-up form will appear where you need to provide the following information:
  • Select your bank from the available list of banks
  • Account Holder Name
  • IBAN / Account Number
  • Reason for changing the bank account

Step 6: Submit the Request
After filling in all required details correctly, click on the Submit button.

Your request will be sent for review and approval. The verification process may take 2–3 working days. The Gohelpme.pk team will carefully review your previous and updated bank details. If needed, the team may contact you for additional verification before approving or rejecting the request.

Important Note
Users can only access bank setup and editing options after:

  •  The campaign is approved
  • The campaign receives its first donation
  • Identity verification is completed successfully
