How to Connect Your Bank Account with a Campaign to Receive Donations

Gohelpme.pk uses a secure banking system to receive donations for your campaign. You do not need to share your bank information publicly.

Gohelpme.pk is designed to collect donations securely on behalf of your campaign. Once donations are received, you will be provided with an option to link your bank account. After linking your bank account, you can receive your funds directly into your account.

This system is built to protect users’ banking and sensitive financial information, ensuring all transactions remain safe, private, and secure.

Receiving funds on Gohelpme.pk is a simple and secure process. Once your campaign is approved and starts receiving donations, you can complete identity verification and link your bank account to receive funds directly.

This guide explains the complete process, including campaign approval, first donation, verification, bank account setup, and payout process.

Prerequisites Before Linking Your Bank Account

Before you can link your bank account, the following steps must be completed:

  • Your campaign must be approved by the Gohelpme.pk team
  • Your campaign must receive at least one donation
  • Identity verification must be completed

Once these requirements are fulfilled, the “Link Bank Account” option will become available.

Setting Up Your Payout Account

When setting up your payout details, select the bank where your account is registered and provide accurate account information. Ensure that the account holder name, account number, and all other banking details are entered correctly to avoid delays in receiving your funds.

Individual Organizers (Yourself)

The payout details must match the organizer's name and the information submitted during identity verification. Any mismatch may result in payout delays or additional verification requirements.

Beneficiaries (Someone Else)

If donations are being received on behalf of the organizer, ensure all beneficiary details and bank account information are entered correctly. Payouts will be transferred directly to the linked verified account.

Charities

Enter the official bank account details of your registered organization. Donations will be sent only to the organization's verified bank account, so all information must be accurate and up to date.

Link Your Bank Account

At this stage, users can add their bank account details from the Bank Account Details section.

The required information may include:

  • Select the bank from the list of available banks
  • Enter the account holder name
  • Enter the bank account number / IBAN

After submitting the details, the bank account may go through an approval process before payouts are enabled.

If needed, users can also update their bank account later using the “Change Bank Request” option, which may take some time to be reviewed and approved by the Gohelpme.pk team.

Receive Payouts

Once your identity verification and bank account approval are successfully completed, the funds received through your campaign will be securely transferred to your linked bank account within 1–7 working days after bank settlement.
