Recording offline donations is important because it helps maintain a complete and accurate record of all support received for your campaign. By adding these contributions to your campaign, you can ensure that your fundraising records and campaign data remain organized and up to date.
Step-by-Step Guide to Add an Offline Donation
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Log in to your Gohelpme.pk account using your registered email address and password.
Step 2: Open Your Account Menu
From the top menu, click on your account name (the name you used when creating your Gohelpme.pk account).
Step 3: Go to Your Campaigns
Select Your Campaigns and select the campaign for which you want to record an offline donation.
Step 4: Open Campaign Management
Click Manage to access the campaign dashboard.
Step 5: Navigate to the Donations Section
Within the campaign dashboard, open the Donations section.
Step 6: Add the Offline Donation
Click Add Offline Donation and complete the required information:
- Donor First Name
- Donor Last Name
- Donation Amount
- Referral (optional: select the referrer if someone introduced the donor)
After entering the required details, click the Add button to save the donation.
Important Note
Offline donations are recorded for internal tracking and record-keeping purposes only. These donations are not added to your campaign's public fundraising total and will not be displayed publicly on your campaign page. Only donations processed through the Gohelpme.pk platform are reflected in the campaign's public donation amount and donor activity.
Please ensure that all offline donation information is entered accurately, as this helps maintain proper records and ensures accurate reporting of contributions received outside the platform.
