
Troubleshoot bank transfers

If you're having trouble with bank transfers and haven't received your funds yet, keep reading to learn how to fix this issue.
Check to see when your transfer is scheduled:
In the Transfers section of your Gohelpme account, check under "Next Payout" to see when the next transfer will be sent to your bank account. Every transfer will take 2 to 5 business days to reach your bank. Even if you have daily transfers, you might not receive money every day. If you got an email saying a transfer failed to be sent, it means that it was rejected by the bank due to an error with the bank information on file. However, you can contact your bank instantly to have the correct information and then re-add it to your account.
