
How to Transfer Funds

To set up bank transfers, follow the steps below:
For bank transfers, your account needs to be fully verified through KYC. Once your account is verified and you wish to receive the money as both an organization and a beneficiary, you'll need to access your dashboard and navigate to the bank details section. In this section, you'll need to provide your bank details and specify where you want the funds to be transferred. If the funds are intended for a beneficiary, they will be sent a link to complete the KYC process to receive the funds.
Decide where funds will be deposited:
- If they are going to your bank account then "Add your personal bank account details".
- If it’s an organization’s bank account, then add their bank details.
- If it’s the beneficiary’s account, then add their details.
Add Personal & Bank Information:
Your details will be used for verification and it should match your government-issued ID. Your name will not be displayed publicly on the fundraiser.
- Enter your physical address
- Enter your full name
- Enter your date of birth
Please ensure that you are entering the information correctly

Share supporting documents (if necessary):
We may also request a copy of your bank statement and ID card information. Once your details are verified, funds will be sent automatically.
Receive money in your bank account:
- Funds will be deposited weekly or monthly based on your preference.
- It may take 3-4 business days to receive the amount.
