Urgent Medical Support Needed for My Wife's Gallbladder Surgery

I am reaching out with humility to ask for urgent financial support for my wife, who is scheduled to undergo laparoscopic gallbladder surgery (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) this week.

She has been diagnosed with cholelithiasis (gallstones) and, after consultation with  Consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon at Fatima Memorial Hospital, Lahore, laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been advised.

Her admission is scheduled for Tuesday, 6 October 2026, and the operation is planned for Wednesday, 7 October 2026.

Why I urgently need your help

The hospital has provided an estimated bill of approximately Rs. 304,400 for the admission, surgery, room, investigations, post-operative care, medicines/disposables and related hospital expenses.

Although an SHS discount has been reflected in the estimate, the hospital document clearly states that the actual cost may increase or decrease.

As her husband, I am trying my best to arrange the required amount myself, but I am currently unable to manage the entire expense within such a short period.

Therefore, I am seeking approximately Rs. 300,000 in urgent financial assistance so that my wife's surgery can proceed without financial delay and we can manage the associated hospital and medical expenses.

The funds will be used strictly for my wife's medical treatment, including:

• Hospital admission and room charges
• Pre-operative investigations
• Surgical and operating-room expenses
• Medicines and disposable surgical items
• Post-operative care
