URGENT MEDICAL APPEAL: 10 Million PKR Needed for Life-Saving Cancer Surgery & Chemoradiotherapy
Dear Friends, Family, and Well-Wishers,
Our family is facing an overwhelming crisis. Abdul Qadir, a 58-year-old father, devoted family man, and beloved member of our community, has been diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC)—an aggressive form of head and neck cancer.
To give him a chance at survival, his oncology and surgical team have recommended an immediate, multi-stage treatment plan:
Extensive Head & Neck Surgical Resection to remove the tumor cleanly.
Complex Microvascular Free-Flap Reconstruction (a 12–14 hour specialized surgery to reconstruct the surgical defect, restoring his ability to swallow, speak, and live with dignity).
Post-Operative Concurrent Chemotherapy & Radiation Therapy to eliminate any remaining microscopic disease.
The Financial Gap:
The total estimated expense across the surgical package, specialized microvascular team fees, ICU care, and full chemo/radiation cycles is PKR 10,000,000.
Despite exhausting our personal savings and family resources, we are facing a massive gap that we cannot bridge alone. Every day counts—delaying this surgery increases the risk of Tumor progression
