Help Sam Barkat And His Family With Living And Medical Expenses

Hello, my name is Sam Barkat. I am 23 years old and live in Karachi, Pakistan. I am reaching out with hope and humility to ask for support for my small family during a difficult financial time.

We are a family of three living in a rented home. My father is no longer with us. My brother works for a cleaning company, and my mother also works outside the home doing cleaning and household work. They both work hard, but despite their efforts, our family still struggles to cover all of our necessary monthly expenses.I take care of many of our daily household responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, and managing our home. I am also trying to find suitable work that matches my abilities and skills.

I have undergone heart surgery in the past and still require regular follow-up check-ups. I can manage my daily activities and household responsibilities, but I need to avoid heavy lifting and excessive physical strain. This has made it difficult for me to find stable work that is suitable for my physical abilities.Our family has regular expenses for rent, water, groceries, transportation, medicines, and other essential household needs. My brother's income is approximately PKR 40,000–41,000 per month, while our rent alone is around PKR 16,000–17,000 per month.

I usually need medical follow-up every one to two months. Some treatment and medicines may be available through the government hospital, but when medicines are not available, we have to purchase them from outside pharmacies. My medicines cost approximately PKR 3,000–4,000 per month on average, in addition to transportation expenses for hospital visits.My family is doing its best, but sometimes our income is not enough to manage all of these essential expenses. Any support, no matter how small, would help us with medicines, medical follow-up, transportation, rent, groceries, water expenses, and other essential household needs.

I can provide relevant medical prescriptions, medicine receipts, and other appropriate supporting documents for verification when required.
