Help Little Karial Fight for Her Life

My name is Sahil Bhatti, and I am from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Pakistan.
I work a full-time job, but for the past four years I have also been running Hope Foundation, where I help people find private-sector jobs and support individuals and families who are facing difficult circumstances.
As I met more families, I realised that many people needed more than employment. They also needed urgent humanitarian support. Today, I am reaching out for a little girl named Karial, who is only 3 years old. She has been diagnosed with a kidney stone. Despite medical treatment, the stone has not passed, and doctors have advised that she now needs an operation.
We have contacted government hospitals in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Abbottabad to explore treatment options. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to arrange the required surgery there because of the specialised care needed for such a young child. As a result, we have been advised to seek treatment at a private hospital.
The estimated cost of the operation is between PKR 120,000 and PKR 180,000, not including medicines, tests, and follow-up care. This amount is far beyond what I can afford on my own.
