Fight Kidney Disease and Rebuild Life

My name is Sultan. I am 48 years old, living in Karachi, and I need your help.

For most of my life, I was the one serving others—working in public health and community service. But today, I am the one fighting for my own survival.

In July 2026, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 3b. My kidneys are now functioning at barely 43–53% of normal capacity.

I am not on dialysis yet, but I am on the edge. To stop my kidneys from failing completely, I need daily medicines, monthly blood tests, and regular visits to my nephrologist. This is not a temporary problem—it is a lifelong condition that requires consistent, expensive care.

My monthly medical costs are now approximately 35,000 to 40,000 PKR per month. This includes life-saving medicines, monthly blood tests, nephrologist consultations, and occasional emergency labs and scans.

I am currently unemployed and unable to cover these costs on my own. I have worked hard my entire life, and I never imagined I would be in this position. But I am not asking for a handout—I am asking for a chance to keep my kidneys alive so I can stand on my feet again.

Your donation will go directly toward medicines that keep my kidneys stable, regular lab tests that my doctor needs to adjust my treatment, and specialist consultations to ensure I stay on the right track.

With proper medical care, my doctors are confident I can keep my kidney function stable for many years. I can avoid dialysis, regain my strength, and eventually return to work to support myself and my family.
