Muhammad Ismail, 24, from Matiyal, Tehsil Tanol, District Abbottabad, is critically unwell.
On 20 April 2026 he suffered a deep dog bite to the penile region. Only 2 of 5 rabies vaccine doses were given (both same day), with no rabies immunoglobulin (RIG). The animal’s status is unknown.
He now has progressive neurological symptoms consistent with possible symptomatic rabies, recurrent jolt–apnea–speech-arrest events raising concern for cardiac channelopathy, generalized rigidity with reduced jaw opening (tetanus risk), and other serious issues.
A detailed emergency medical report prepared for receiving hospitals prioritizes immediate isolation, saliva/CSF rabies PCR, continuous ECG monitoring, and ICU admission. Previous facilities referred him without full workup.
He is destitute, unemployed, with no private insurance. Sehat Sahulat eligibility can be verified by CNIC. Funds will cover any non-covered emergency tests, transport, ICU support, medications, and related costs. Full report available to verified donors/hospitals on request. Every rupee will be accounted for with receipts.
