Can You Help my friend pay her University dues?

So I am not collecting this for myself. I don't need any cash. I am collecting this for my friend. She is studying with me for 2 years, and I have a very warm bond with her. But lately I found out she couldn't pay for her previous and current semester fees. She didn't even share it with me to not burdenize me. But I somehow found out. Her total fees is 300000 Rs( 150000 Rs each semester ). But for the campaign to be effective I am keeping it for one semester. More would be highly appreciatable. I can't imagine my university life without her, I have to make sure she keeps studying. She is also extremely brilliant in studies, with exceptional performance in the whole class. So I would humbly request to whoever that reads this to donate whatever you can. I don't know how I can prove that I am not using this way to initiate a scam. I would really like to mention my personal details as evidence, but I want to keep her and my matter private as I can.
