Donors aspire to know about the people and the reason they are asking for donations. A true and impactful story gives confidence to donors to connect with you and donate more. If you have already set up your campaign and wish to edit it, you always have the option to do that anytime.

Plan:

It is imperative to plan what would you like to add to your story. You have to be cautious as this is the chance to tell the donors about you, why you are raising money, and how you will use the funds. Make a draft before publishing it and think carefully if anything needs to be changed. Additionally, you can also add photos and videos to your story to make it more interesting and attractive which can make it stand out too.

Since you will have sufficient space to discuss your scenario, you need to be mindful of what you are writing. There can be numerous reasons why you might be starting a fundraiser, and with that, several different emotions can arise, such as expressing how you feel about the situation you are dealing with. How can you edit your goal?

You can set your goals higher or lower at any time. For this, you can follow the following steps from within your Gohelpme account.

• From your fundraiser dashboard, kindly locate and select the "Edit" section, you will have the option to adjust your fundraising goal.
• Choose Edit beside “Goal Amount”
• Then click on “Save”
