My name is Muhammad Ali, and I am from Islamabad, Pakistan. Writing this request is difficult for me, but due to financial hardship, I am seeking support for a medical emergency in my family.

I recently got married and went through a period of job instability, during which I used all of my savings. During that time, I also took loans from relatives and friends, which added to my financial pressure. Although I am currently earning, my income is not sufficient to cover upcoming medical expenses.

My wife is pregnant, and her delivery is expected in March. I am struggling to afford her regular checkups, medicines, ultrasounds, and hospital delivery costs. As I come from a lower-middle-class family, arranging a lump sum for delivery in such a short time has become extremely difficult.

I am asking for help only for medical expenses related to pregnancy and delivery. I am committed to being transparent, and ultrasound receipts, medical reports, or prescriptions can be shared on request via DM.

Any support, even a small contribution, will help ensure my wife receives proper medical care and that our child is delivered safely.
