I’m reaching out to ask for urgent financial assistance of $100 (approximately PKR 28,000) to help me get my aunt’s blood tests and medical treatment.
My aunt is mentally disabled, unmarried, and has been living with our family for the past 20 years. She has been experiencing a persistent fever of around 101–102°F for the past three days, along with flu-like symptoms. I’m concerned that there may be something more than a simple flu, and I want to get the necessary bloodwork done and have her properly examined and treated.
Unfortunately, access to affordable and reliable medical care is very difficult where I live in Pakistan. I have already tried seeking help locally, but the government facilities I approached were unable to provide much assistance beyond saying that it appeared to be flu.
I’m currently in an extremely difficult financial situation. I have been unemployed for the past few months and have been struggling to find work. This month, I had to take a loan simply to pay our electricity bill of around $110 (PKR 30,000). At the same time, my mother recently needed cataract surgery, which was another significant expense for our family.
I have also been dealing with a lengthy legal situation involving my cat, who was taken from me by a neighbor. This has placed additional emotional and financial strain on me and my family.
At this point, I’m simply trying to make sure my aunt gets the medical attention she needs. Any amount would help, even if you cannot contribute the full $100. If enough people contribute a small amount, it could make a huge difference for us.
I understand that people may want reassurance that the situation is genuine. I’m happy to provide medical documents, test prescriptions, bills, or other reasonable proof privately to anyone who would like to verify the situation.
Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read this. Even if you cannot donate, sharing this request with someone who might be able to help would mean a lot to me and my family.
