Seriously need help

I broke my arm during work in dubai. They send me back and canceled my visa. I am being in pakistan for almost a year now, my plaster is removed but my bones didn't join properly. I dont have anyone to support me, me my wife and a son 2 years age. I can't work now because of my arm condition, as when is use my arm a little bit it gets swollen up. Doctors suggested operation than can reposition and reset my arm but that cost a lots of money that i don't have because i cannot earn due to my arm condition. Kindly help so i can work and support my family. Thank you
