Assalamu Alaikum, Mera naam Muhammad Shafique hai, Chichawatni, Sahiwal se hun.

Mera beta 5 saal ka ho gaya hai lekin chalne phirne se maazur hai. Usko sahare ke bina chalna nahi aata. Har waqt gir jata hai.
Doctor ne kaha hai ke isko musalsal physiotherapy aur ilaaj ki zarurat hai. Hum ghareeb family hain, itna kharcha afford nahi kar sakte.
Aap sab se haath jor kar guzarish hai, mere bete ke ilaaj ke liye madad karen. Aapka 500, 1000 rupya bhi mere bete ko apne pairon par khada kar sakta hai.
