I am a 16-year-old student from Pakistan who has been selected for the Oxford Summer Programme an opportunity I once thought was far beyond my reach. Growing up in a society where women’s health is often silenced, I have seen how lack of awareness can deeply impact lives, and it has shaped my dream of pursuing medicine and creating change. Being accepted into this program feels like a step closer to that purpose. However, the cost of £6,500(24 Lakh PKR almost) is more than my family can afford. I am reaching out with hope, because this is not just about attending a program, it’s about bringing back knowledge, breaking stigmas, and becoming someone who can make a real difference. Every bit of support brings me closer to that future.
