A Mother’s Urgent Appeal Help With Surgery and Three Children

I am a married, unemployed single mother of three children, and I am going through an extremely difficult time.
I previously had lumps (glands) in both of my armpits, for which I underwent surgery on both arms. Unfortunately, the lumps have appeared again, and I now need another surgery.
I urgently need PKR 760,000 (760,000 Pakistani Rupees) to cover the expenses related to my surgery and treatment. At the same time, I have three small children who depend on me for their care and basic needs.
I am unemployed and have no stable source of income. I am doing my best to manage everything, but at this moment, I am simply unable to bear these expenses on my own.
I am humbly asking for your help. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference toward my surgery and helping me care for my three children during this difficult time.
